WHAT POSTAL COMPANY SHIPS MY ORDERS WHEN I CHOOSE STANDARD DELIVERY?

When you choose standard delivery as your preferred shipping method, the parcel is handled by your local national post. For instance, in the UK the local post is Royal Mail and in Sweden it is Postnord. To find out who handles your parcel in your country, please see the list here.

WHY DO YOU ONLY OFFER DHL EXPRESS SHIPPING FOR PORTABLE MONITOR + STAND SETUP OUTSIDE EUROPE?

The portable monitor is a fragile product that needs to be insured. DHL Express offers the best protection if anything happens with the product in transit. Also, the cost of standard delivery outside Europe for larger products like the portable monitor is not significantly less than what DHL offers. Overall, DHL is a very reliable shipping partner that always delivers the products very quickly.

DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT TAX?

Our products are shipped from Estonia, and as such, no import taxes apply within the European Union. To the best of our knowledge, there are no extra taxes when the Tern Stand and the Portable Monitor are shipped to the US or Canada. For customers outside the EU, US and Canada, please be aware that import duties, taxes, and charges may be incurred, for which you are solely responsible. These charges are determined by your country's customs policies. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

All customers have the right to return the Tern Stand and/or the portable monitor in the first 14 days. We offer free returns in the EU, UK & US. Please contact us at support@nomadsetups.com to start a return.
